What we build
Four things, done properly, rather than everything done once.
Most of our work comes back to us through people we've already built for — architects, facility managers, owners on their second or third project. That only happens if the job runs the way you said it would.

A four-level commercial building on a site 6.2 metres from the water.
Tidal groundwater, a single-lane access road and a tenant who needed the ground floor trading by March. We brought the slab forward, worked the upper levels around it, and handed over eight days early.

How a job runs
You'll know what's happening on your site every Friday.
There's no mystery to building well. It's the same five steps every time, and the discipline is in not skipping any of them when the program gets tight.

Site visit
An hour on site with the person who'll run the job — not a salesperson. Usually within four working days.

Costed proposal
A priced scope with allowances named and exclusions written down. No round numbers hiding a guess.

Pre-construction
Approvals, long-lead items ordered, subcontractors locked, program issued before anyone turns up.

On site
Photos and a progress note every Friday. Variations priced before the work happens, never after.

Handover & 12 months after
Defects closed before you move in, manuals handed over, and a walk-through at eleven months while the warranty still has a month left on it.

We're audited annually to ISO 45001 and hold NSW Government prequalification to $12m. Every person on a Brayford site is inducted by our own supervisor, not signed in at a gate.
